I was only there for one night. There was a lot of renovation going on in the parking lot. Lot's of dust and noise. Also, the beach cafe was closed that week for renovation. Other than those negatives, the experience was great. The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

Pleasant staff and great maid service. Excellent concierge. Rented bicycles from the hotel and booked excursions at reasonable prices. Pools, beach, and bars were wonderful. Came here with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. Normally don't go back to places because we like to try something new, but would go back here. Very comfortable with reasonable prices.

Hotel was very nice, but we did upgrade to an ocean room for an extra $ per night. Otherwise had us in an older room with no view at all. Staff at the hotel were great and very helpful. Beach area was terrible. Water was very dirty, not like it shows on the advertisements. Other side of the Island has the best beaches. You could only see about 10 inches in the water. I expected very, very clear water.
